The Pan-African Progressive Front has officially released the April 2026 edition of its Monthly Newsletter, featuring analysis, statements, and policy perspectives on major political developments affecting Africa and the Global South.
This month’s edition places special emphasis on the recently concluded Geneva Forum on Reparative Justice and Colonial Accountability, where African and diaspora organisations launched the PPF-D Justice Taskforce and adopted the Geneva Declaration on Reparative Justice. The publication outlines ongoing international efforts toward reparations advocacy and continental solidarity.
The newsletter also examines the impact of escalating global tensions on African economies, labour concerns within Ghana’s mining sector, developments in the United Nations reparations movement, and solidarity statements on Palestine and Western Sahara. In addition, it highlights civic campaigns and progressive initiatives taking place across Africa.
According to PPF, the newsletter forms part of its broader mission to promote political education, Pan-African unity, civic participation, and progressive dialogue across the continent and the diaspora.
