Volunteer

Be a part of something truly important

Volunteers working together

Here at PPF, we are dedicated to working together to build a better Africa. An Africa we will be proud to call home. An Africa that belongs to Africans, and none other.

Which is why, we appeal to all comrades and friends to join our volunteering team. We believe in the strength of collective empowerment and action. Because it is only through solidarity, that the fight against neo-colonial powers and all structures and institutions which hinder the full liberation of Africa, can be won.

If you want to become a part of our pool of volunteers, call or write to us:

Reparations

How much should Africa receive from its former colonizers?

The transatlantic slave trade (15th-19th centuries) resulted in the forced removal of over 15 million people from Africa. Millions died during the "Middle passage" across the Atlantic. This led to demographic catastrophe, the loss of the most productive members of society, social chaos, and intertribal wars fueled by slave traders. Furthermore, colonialism (19th-20th centuries) was built on the extraction of resources (gold, diamonds, oil, rubber, timber, etc.) for the benefit of the colonial powers. Colonial authorities deliberately destroyed local industries and crafts so that Africa would remain merely a source of raw materials and a market for European goods. Monocultural economies dependent on a single product were created.

Furthermore, slavery and colonialism created an image of African inferiority in the Western world, which still manifests itself in racism and structural inequality throughout the world. Reparations are a way to acknowledge this injustice and begin a process of collective healing.

Demands for reparations are, at their core, a demand from Africa and the diaspora for the restoration of sovereignty, human dignity, and the right to self-development, which have been systematically violated during five centuries. The fundamental question is how humanity intends to cope with the darkest chapters of its history.

Who we are

The Pan-African Progressive Front (PPF) is an international organization headquartered in Accra, Ghana, stands at the forefront of Africa’s progressive unity. PPF is a unifying force committed to coordinating and supporting progressive movements across Africa and the diaspora, with the goal of advancing the true interests and future of our continent. Inspired by the vision of the great Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, we firmly believe that Africa’s destiny must rest in the hands of its own peoples, and that its future lies in political and economic unity—serving as the bedrock of our strength and independence.

our office

Our mission

The Pan-African Progressive Front is the driving force behind uniting all people of African descent and diaspora in a global movement for liberation, justice, and self-determination. We unite progressive forces from across nations, forging a resilient network of solidarity that transcends borders, cultures, and generations. We call on Africans worldwide to actively fight against systems of oppression, neocolonial exploitation, and racial injustice—forces attempting to keep our continent shackled in slavery and dependency.

Our vision for the future

The Pan-African Progressive Front envisions an Africa that is liberated, developed, and truly sovereign—where every nation stands fully independent, economically self-reliant, and culturally self-assured. The wealth and natural resources of our continent must serve the well-being of all indigenous African peoples, never the interests of external powers.

To realize this vision, we are committed to advancing effective mechanisms for reparations, securing historical justice for Africa and its diaspora, and establishing powerful platforms for unity and coordinated action among Pan-African peoples across the globe. Only through such solidarity can we restore Africa’s strength, dignity, and rightful greatness to our continent.
